Scheduling Your Appointment for Installation/Home Remodeling

Set up an Appointment

To set up an appointment with us, please call one of our friendly customer service representatives and set up an installation date.

 

In order to properly set you up for an installation appointment, having the following information at the ready will help create a smooth process for you and our representatives:

  • Name (First, Last)

  • Phone Number

  • Brand and Type of appliance

  • Make and Model of appliance

Receive a Call the Night Before

Once you have an appointment date set, you will receive a call the night before your appointment day with a time window for the next day’s installation

​

Be Prepared

Please have the following prepared for the day of the installation:

  • Have a clear pathway up to the front of the home and on the way to where install is taking place

  • Have power and water running in the house so the unit can be properly tested upon arrival (specifically newly built or renovated homes)

  • Have cabinets under the sink cleared out to allow for easy access to water & gas shut-offs, if needed

  • Please have payment ready at the time of your appointment - we accept cash, check or card  (Visa, Mastercard, & Discover)
